FUSIONE DI FORME

Panizza & Carla Sorrenti, due famiglie ma anche due loghi storici che oggi sono una realtà come aziende si incontrano con il loro sapere per creare qualcosa di speciale. Antiche manifatture artigiane come le forme in legno che sia nei cappellifici che in pelletteria vengono usate per mettere in forma i materiali feltro e pelle. Lo storico modello DUOMO oggi viene interpretato per Carla Sorrenti in occasione del Pitti Immagine 93 edizione in una veste tutta nuova, studiata ad hoc per lei. Le palette colori sono quelle iconiche delle borse VENUSIA: Bianco, Rosa e Nero. Tutto e personalizzato da Carla Sorrenti con un cinturino in pelle / AMULETTE DE CREST / con dettaglio del rigo a fuoco ispirato alla lavorazione tipica della selleria realizzato a mano da artigiani pellettieri Fiorentini. Come un diadema spicca al centro il CREST in metallo che andrà ad adornare la tesa, focalizzando i corrispettivi simboli in metallo segno distintivo delle due aziende. Un accessorio innovativo sarà quello di un nastro in grossgrain che si attacca nella parte interna della tesa e la sua funzione, sarà come nelle borse una tracolla che permetterà di poterlo indossare in crossbody diventando un particolare che accomuna i due mondi. Determinante sarà il fucsia colore scelto per identificare questa personalizzazione omaggio alle DIVE del passato, oggi reso contemporaneo e contestualizzato in modo da rendere il prodotto moderno dal richiamo stoicheggiante.

Panizza & Carla Sorrenti are not only two families but two historical symbols that have come together to create something special. The artisanal techniques of using carved wooden lasts which is paramount in both the worlds of milliners and leather artisans gives form to both felt and leather. DUOMO, the historic model from Panizza is interpreted with a new look affectionately customised for Carla Sorrenti on the occasion of the Pitti Immagine on its 93rd edition. Each hat is tinted in a single color from a palette following the iconic VENUSIA bag: White, Pink and Black. Every model comes with the leather band / AMULETTE DE CREST / designed by Carla, replacing the traditional ribbon, with details such as a heat debossed border inspired by the saddlery work of Florentine leather artisans. Like a diadem, the metal CREST stands out in the center, adorning the brim as well as uniting the metals symbols of the two companies. The design pushes forward an innovation in the form of a strap using the grossgrain ribbon originally intended as an embellishment, injecting functionality, transforming the hat into a cross body accessory that unites the two worlds perfectly. The last element of this personalisation is the color fuchsia, both paying homage to the DIVAS of the past and rendering the designs more contemporary, contextualised and modern, yet nodding back at the history surrounding both Panizza and Carla Sorrenti.
